Terms of Service

1. The Service

RoSignal is an operations and automation platform for Roblox developers. It lets you connect your Roblox experiences and then message players, change live configuration, analyze telemetry, automate workflows, and moderate players from one dashboard. The Service is currently in early access and may change, gain, or lose features as it evolves.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You sign in using Roblox OAuth 2.0. You must be authorized to use the Roblox account you connect and, where applicable, old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction (or have a parent or guardian's consent). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Roblox account and for all activity that occurs under your RoSignal account, including actions taken by team members you invite.

3. Authorization and Roblox connection

When you sign in, you grant RoSignal permission to access the Roblox data and perform the actions covered by the OAuth scopes you approve (for example, publishing messages to experiences you select). You can revoke this access at any time from your Roblox account settings; doing so will disable features that depend on it. RoSignal is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Roblox Corporation.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any law, regulation, or the Roblox Terms of Use or Community Standards.
• Send spam, scams, harassment, or harmful content to players through messaging or automation features.
• Access, probe, or disrupt accounts, experiences, or data that do not belong to you.
• Abuse Roblox APIs, circumvent rate limits, or interfere with the operation of the Service.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, or use automation features to attack other services.
• Misrepresent your identity or your authority over a Roblox experience.

You are responsible for the data you send into RoSignal from your games and for ensuring you have the right to collect and process it, including any player data included in your telemetry.

5. Team access and audit logs

Experience owners can invite other RoSignal users as team members with specific roles. Owners are responsible for who they invite and for the actions those members perform. Actions taken through the Service are recorded in audit logs visible to the team, including the account that performed them.

6. Early access and service availability

RoSignal is offered as an early-access product. Features may be incomplete, may change without notice, and may be interrupted for maintenance or development. Founding Tester perks, pricing, and plan details may be introduced or adjusted later; any future paid plans will be communicated before they take effect. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and scheduled actions (such as scheduled messages) depend on third-party platforms like Roblox remaining available.

7. Intellectual property

You retain all rights to your game data, configurations, and content. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit that data solely to provide the Service to you. The RoSignal name, logo, website, and software are our property and may not be copied or used without permission.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or if required by law or by Roblox. Upon termination, your stored OAuth tokens and account data are deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, that automations will always execute on time, or that third-party APIs (including Roblox's) will remain available or unchanged.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoSignal and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost players, or lost revenue, arising from or related to your use of the Service — including actions taken by automations you configure or messages you send to your players. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim (which, during free early access, is zero).

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a new "last updated" date and notify users of material changes through the app or our community channels. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
