- What happens when I hit a limit?
- Reads keep working. Writes pause for the UTC day, and over-cap creation shows a clear message.
- Can the limits change?
- They may be tuned as usage grows, but the plan stays free and you'll get notice before any change. Existing experiences, rules and config stay put.
